USPS delivered to wrong address

The number is mentioned on the ppo website, its +1 212 398 0866.
I am talking to Vinod whom I had interacted earlier too. He is there for around 3 years. Really a helpful guy.[DOUBLEPOST=1366818482][/DOUBLEPOST]This all makes me asks one thing, who is responsible for lost package?
 
Ok, let me explore that option today. Have never done that before and being a offshore transaction, it would be complicated.
 
I called Standard Chartered bank and they told me that in this particular case, since the transaction is done by me and the dispute is related to item not received, they cannot register my complaint as chargeback. I have to contact the merchant only.
They can register for chargeback only if there is a fraud.

Check with them again. The chargeback form on their site even has a check box for item not received.

You can definitely file a charge back.
 
^ Yesterday, have sent all the documents through post to the Stan C dispute centre. Also mailed them all the details. They will reply back in 7 days. Fingers crossed!
 
I had the same issue with PPO Box and they said it was not their employee..after fighting with the PPO local guy in India for 3-4 days, he admitted they have received the package and that its already in Mumbai... I think they are doing this often, to make some extra money or something... a friend of mine also had similar situation and he never got them to admit and told me about it when everything was done and he had assumed it got lost and accepted the loss, so could not help him :(
 
I am really confused as to who is lying in my case. The fact that signature confirmation shows different address gives benefit to doubt to PPO, had it been on the same address, I would had never left these PPO guys.
I really dont know what to do and hence filed for CC dispute.
 
Anyone has any alternate no for PPOBox India.
I have been calling on the no given on their website since yesterday morning and no one is picking up. Have even emailed them but no response.
