[uTP] besides IP address in utorrent peer list ??

Today i checked the peers tab of utorrent where there are list of all peers i am connected to. Now each of these peers have a country flag beside them but few of them have something like this

222.184.232.209[uTP]

What is this peer ?
There are several on similar lines.

Main thing is that I was downloading a torrent and was getting around 215 kBps speed and from this single peer i was pulling data at rate of 200+kBps.

it means peer is using UTP protocol (micro transport protocol) for torrenting instead of the normal TCP protocol. Available in Utorrent only afaik, since it was developed by them.

Works quite well too. It is not enabled by default. You need to change the bt.transp_disposition value from default value to 15 for this change.
