There used to be a vaping forum, but don't know if it's active anymore, but there are a few community pages on FB and must be on reddit as well. Although you must know that GoI strategically banned sale of vaping hardware while conveniently not banning vaping. So most of these groups don't discuss sale/purchase of hardware out in the open.

It will become normal again after ITC launches their competitive products. They did launch one or two e-cigs but didn't succeed against the plethora of options from abroad. So there was a lot of lobbying from cigarette companies and eventually the reason given behind banning vaping gear was that it is easily available for kids and kids also get attracted to such devices more easily. Like I said, they didn't ban vaping, but only sale of vaping gear, because otherwise they would have had to give health reasons. There is a group called AVI which has been trying to get vaping-friendly laws get passed, but it is a very expensive process, even getting something passed through Supreme Court.So instead of regulating it, they chose to outright ban it.
