How? Do i change it?

Go to Settings>Edit Avatar> choose "Use Custom Avatar"
Next upload the avatar of your choice and lo you are done

When did posts tell you how pro or noob a member was? Someone can troll their way to 5,000 posts and someone may only input their quality posts and stick to 500 or something.
