It's 9.9 out of 10. I used it for the first month very carefully, remote was alltime packed in plastic cover so it still looks like new when you remove the plastic. I bought a LCD monitor last month and so the TV tuner is lying unused in the box. My LCD monitor supports the tuner but due to aspect ratio problems image is cropped, so I can't use it.
