Hi folks as u guys know that i work at Dell Int.. ,just thought that i will post the tools what Dell uses on customer machines to remove Virus/spyware ,will be updating more links like the one given below, below given is a proxy link to some website created by one of the trainer at Microsoft PC-Safety Team to help the agents on the floor by clicking on this link u will be guided to a website where u have access to whole lot of tools which help u in removing virus/spyware ,i do know that we can download the files from google but instead of searching the tools one by one the link provides u to access all tools at a time ,have more to come for all fixes on OS and internet explorer
