Vodafone absurd data balance deduction.

I recharged 1GB 2G yesterday only to find that I have 76MB balance left as of today.
They claim that I have used 565MB of data in the duration of 3 hours and 48 minutes.

If my calculations are correct, that amounts to (565 x 1024) / (3 x 3600 + 48 x 60) = 42KBPS. I never get more than 20-25KBPS, its less than 10KBPS most of the time.
I did download a 44MB file in the given duration.
I have mailed them. What else can I do?
 
1) File complaint with them
2) Keep messaging them on twitter & FB if you don't get any response
3) If there is no positive response send them consumer court notice
 
Just write to the nodal officer of your region/circle. I have done this 4-5 times and its the most effective and best way. Get the email details of nodal officer from their website.
 
I am waiting for their reply to my mail. I'll write to the nodal officer as soon as I get the complaint number.

Has anyone of you ever faced such issue?
