Fake Promises of Complaint Registration
Hi,
I activated a caller tune pack on July 26th, 2015 and the song that plays post activation sounds like a shittier version of what I selected. So I have called time n again the bloddy customer care done even ask permission to put calls on hold or mute the same. I was promised refund of Rs. 45/- by one Miss Anuradha apparently some floor supervisor. She informed me that same will be credited in 4 hours i.e, by 3 pm today.
Dint receive the same, asked for complaint number earlier no one gave me any .. Now when I called again some bloody jerk acted smart and told me but I activated the package. Like it was my fault that they gave me a caller tune which cracked up like crazy.
