Volume Boosting Software?

Hi people,

I got a dvd with movies, but the volume is very low. i've put the ovlume in Windvd to the max, and even maxed the volume sound settings of Windows, but it is of no use.

Is there any software that i can use to boost/increase the volume?

if u have klite codec pack full installed.
play the DVD in mplayerc and increase the master volume using AC3filter.

AC3filter can be found in control panel [Windows OS]
select whatever speaker setup u have and increase the master volume.
The movie volume shud increase like this.

or u could use s/w like powerdvd where the volumes are quite high

even by using vlc player u can increase volume,its a open s/w u can download it through net.
