Monitors Want to build Pc w/o monitor for 15-17K

Hi all GURUS,
Purchased yesterday Lg L-226WTQ 22" LCD from Croma mumbai for 12990/ INR and now I want to build a pc (cpu only) for the budget of 15-17k.
No Gaming, No OC, Just want to use only for my business,internet, accounting, As TV with tunner card, but need with good speed.Suggestion please.

biostar p35 is not available at lamington rd. Prices i got at lamington rd are,
Transced 1GB Ram 800MHZ 850/
DVDRW SAM 1200/ Liteon 1500/
TV TUNNER CARD Pinnacle 2300 Cheap 1300
Inl MOBO DG33 4600/
E4500 4700/

So what replacement for biostar TP35D2-A7 ??
 
For budget builds , AMD solutions still make a lot of sense.

Athlon X2 4000+ : 2.7k

Gigabyte GA M61 SME S2 : 2.5k

1 GB RAM: 0.9k ( get 2 GB ram for some extra speed . Processors don't help a lot, RAM does!)

Seagate 250G SATA HDD : 3k

Generic Cabby + psu: 1.5k

Pinnacle PCTV : 2.3k

SATA DVD writer Liteon : 1.5k

it fits within 15k, and does all you need it to :D

Your monitor should have DVI in. If it came with a DVI cable , get an ASUS M2A VM for 3.4k , since it has DVI output (and some other features) , and you'll enjoy (slightly) better quality display
