I am living in south mumbai and am looking for a western digital service center, also what is the process and how long does it take to get a new drive

ps: i have a 1tb drive with bad sectors

Check your warranty and generate a rma request here - WD Support > Warranty Services > Warranty Services for End User Customers. Then call up their call center and confirm. Your hdd will be picked up from your home, and you'll get a replacement; usually in a weeks time.
