Hi all,

One of my friend's internal 160gb WD hdd just died on him. I checked the serial no. on their site and warranty is there till Nov 2012. Can anyone give me details for the WD service centre(s) in Mumbai? And how to go about the whole RMA process? Thank you

If I have to send it myself then what is the address that I courier it to? and then do I have to get an RMA ticket from the site and write down the RMA no. on the package like its written on the site or are they just formalities?
