Webcam for Face tracking under 1K

I'm working on an anime 3d model for livestreaming, and the model requires a camera to track my expressions.
I tried using my Pixel 7A as a webcam and it gets hot, hot enough to cook something.
So I need webcam suggestions, I'm not concerned too much about picture quality. But
- It shouldn't be blurry for the very least .
- I would prefer one with less input lag ( if that's a thing with webcams )
- I don't have a ring light but my monitor does put some reflection on my glasses and that interferes with eye tracking. ( So if you know how to deal with this, let me know )

I will prefer new ones around 1k, But if you have an old one available DM me I will start a WTB thread.
So no webcam suggestions from anyone?

About the glasses reflection, I had the similar issue and I got it fixed by getting some Blue Light + Anti Glare Coated Prescription Lenses. The coatings add like ₹1-1.5k cost to the lens but my glasses feel much better and I don't get lit up lenses in pics lol.

To improve any webcam, just make sure you add proper lighting. Most webcams in that range struggle in low and extremely high light conditions. Check if Logitech C270 or LG VC23GA are in your budget.
