weird problem with web browsers

Till yesterday it was fine but today when I am opening this website( livingelectro.com ) I am unable to play the content on it.Attached a screenshot for explanation.The white strip below the download button is where the play button existed.Please please help me out.

Working fine with on my friends comp so cant be a problem with the website.

I completely uninstalled Flash restarted and then installed it still no gain.This problem is not only with opera but IE & chrome as well.I am running Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.
What do I do???
