CPU/Mobo Weird restarting problem

Superbad

Guide
Its been approximately 1.5 years for my desktop pc configuration is as shown in my signature.
From the last week have been facing the restarting problems.
To rectify the problems of restarting did the following
1.cleaned all possible peripherals of the computer i.e ram, graphic card etc.
2.cleaned and applied TIM arctic cooling MX2 to all possible heat sinks.
Checked for ram errors in memtest 86. Found no errors.
The restarts occur randomly.
Sometimes the restarts occur in loop within 2 or more seconds without post.
The event viewer also does not logs the cause of the failure.
Have observed that the northbridge heatsink is relatively hotter.
So all at TE please suggest me the pointers to look for the fault.
I had checked the hard disk for errors on seatools and the tests showed my hard disk is fine.

Check hard disk for bad sector

If your motherboard have onboard graphics, remove HD 4670 and try to run computer with onboard graphics if it works well then its a problem of 4670.

There may be problem of virus or operation system

Try to run computer with one ram stick at a time.

I checked hard disk for bad sectors. Found none.
Will try onboard graphic thing
What could be the reason for hot northbridge though?

did u try changing the psu with better wattage than 350w?
also reset any OC & finally try reinstalling windows as a last resort

its a power surge issue.

check your spike/ups and the wall outlet for anything loose. Similar happened to my pc last yr & found spike guard the culprit.

35OW is more than enough for my pc.
May be a power surge issue.
How much will a new spike guard cost?
Did further tests and found that one of the cabinet cooling fans was not working. May be this was the cause because it was causing other
Fans to stop working.
After that did some stress tests on everest ultimate and all passed .
Also did an auto tune on ati overdrive and the pc was stable.
So i think the surge protector may be the culprit.
Any recommendations with their price?

spike may cost u anything between 100 to 500bucks ofcourse prices go high as per quality so buy the best and rest be assured.

Removed the extra fan (vibrating non functional) and played nfs hot pursuit 10 and everything turned to be stable.
Will do more tests to confirm the stability.
also suggest me a good spike guard under 500 bucks.
