hello,

I've taken the photos..

Then I restarted my PC, but there was no any beep or no BIOS screen..
Again I removed all the cables, cleaned dust inside CPU. Cleaned Ram sticks and again checked all the connections but everything seems to be fine..

Again I started PC but that screen appeared after my windows 7 Welcome screen appeared.. and now it is appearing after Welcome window.

Here's video -

My PC Config -
C2D e4600
Abit IP35-e
2x2GB G.Skill PI Black 800mhz
POV 8800GT 512mb
WD 500GB HDD

as Windows is booting, There shouldn't be any problem in motherboard. Ram also seems to be ok.. Anyone got similar problem? any solution on it?

OOh....artifacts. Looks like problem with your GPU.

Try loading another OS. If it also does not loads properly.........mostly it's a problem with your GPU.

edit:

Tried booting in safe mode?

Try it and then resinstall drivers.

GPU fan is running.. PC starts but after some time.. these screens comes and PC just crashes...

^^ will try it.. but it seems a my GPU is dead as far as artifacts are because of GPU failure.. btw, does IP35-E has onboard graphics?

No it doesnt have integrated graphics.

@OP:

Max you could do, is reseat the GPU on the PCI.Express x 16 dock. Blow a couple of times hard into the slot, before reseating it.

Else you have a dying (dead) GPU. Nice card...sad.
