Once you cross x posts you can view x section
You'll be moderated for a minimum of x posts before you're set free?
Also doesn't the forum have a marketplace where members conduct deals? [Can only see dealers making threads]

Yeah, you need to cross the magical line of 10 posts. Then you are over the line and in TE land!
