What is the best way to buy things from Amazon.com

Want to order shoes for my wife from Amazon.com. What is the best option. I know shopyourworld.com. Can I go and order thru this site? Please help

There is a site called iccworld.com they ship amazon products to india. I got my sansa clip+ from them for 2700 with everything cleared direct to my home. It takes a few tries to get to the amazon section of their support but i am satisfied.

I ordered my IEM's direct from Amazon, they charged about $80 for customs and handling charges
