I think it’s a general site wide message. I got the same pop up today. Not user specific I think.
I would still recommend a password change(and anywhere you might have reused) and adding 2fa.

changed password.. cannot do the 2fa here ?

click on your profile, next to messages icon. There should be a password and security section. You can add 2fa from there.
