See attachment. My mobo has only two rear USB 2 ports. And three USB 2 headers on the mobo.

The USB 3 ports only work with drivers installed, since I multi boot & use XP off and on, not possible.

I actually sold one to @YoGi-Sama , I think !

Not available at Lam Rd.

You can find those in ONLY small shops @ lammy or even roadside stalls. Make sure you carry the pic on your cell.
I have this exact extension with printer port and bought it for 100-200 bucks in year 2002 or so when usb was considered a luxury. :p
 
I tried. One stall Metha Hardware outside PC Guide said he will have to search his godown.
 
One shop you might have not tried.... Jay computers. Located on lane opp. old prime abgb shop lane. Cross the road and you'll see a xerox machine stall, go inside it and there it is Jay computers.
 
Got it from Mehta Hardware (outside PC Guide) - guy actually kept if for me. Rs 150 btw.
