PC Peripherals Where in India can I find a good mini PSU of 400W output ?

Hi guys,
Where in India can I find a good mini PSU of 400W output ?
I have a Zebronics mini 450W, but I do not rely on such brands. Is there mini smpses from the likes of Seasonic, Corsair etc?
My target is a CircleCT Stick mATX cabinet (bought from a forum member recently) and I plan to use an i7 2600 along with a mATX board and a HD7750 alltogether for a good HTPC.
The problem is about the reliability of psu and I like the cabbie.
I need your valuable suggestion. Thanks.

Antec makes a couple of models in the 300 - 400W range. They are used by dell for their desktop range. Good reliable enough.

This is a great psu for price and with 80+ efficiency and 30Amps on +12V.
The fan is 120mm so it will be silent and Seasonic is a great brand.
