Audio Which 5.1/4.1 channel speaker to buy under 5k

I want to buy a good sounding 5.1/4.1 channel speaker under 5000. I am mainly looking at creative, edifier, logitech, f&d. How is T6160/M4500 from creative?
I have read that 5.1 channel speakers dont connect directly to LCD tvs n laptops and require some connectors.
If so how to connect a 5.1/4.1 channel speakers to a laptop or LCD.
 
In your budget you can`t get any 5.1 system which has optical / co-axial audio input.... (which will come from your lcd)

similar is case with laptop, you need AVR which has HDMI input...

You can connect lcd via RCA cable and laptop via 3.5 jack- RCA cable... in either case you will get only stereo sound not 5.1.

One suggestion - don`t go for cheap 5.1 systems rather go for quality 2.1 set...
