CPU/Mobo Which DDR3 motherboard to buy for Quad processor

Hi guys
i wanna buy a new ddr3 motherboard for my core 2 quad n i dont wanna spend more than 4k~5k.
pls suggest a best buy for me only in asus cos i trust it more than any other company.currently i have
INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q6600
ASUS P5B-VM-SE MOBO
4GB DDR2 RAM
1 TB HDD
PALIT GTX 260 SP 216 896MB DDR3
ZEBRONICS PRO SERIES 600WATT PSU
BENQ E2200HD (22'LCD)

MSI P43T-C51 , ddr 3 mem & it can over clock were well @ 4.5k . let me know how were your results...

I would suggest against it , you are not going to see ANY gains by switching to DDR3. The biggest performance upgrade for you would be to change that chip to a more powerful LGA775 quad (q9550 and like that ) , and again I would not recommend buying that new its a old chip look for a deal.

Seriously that's a steal,Q6600 is still a pretty fast processor. It can handle all the games I play with little or no difficulty whatsoever.
