Suggest me best Nehru place shops to buy graphics card too

Why not look at the MSi Twin Frozr GTX960 instead or the AMD R9-280X.

In Nehru Place you can head over to the following shops,
  1. P.L. Computers
  2. Computer Empire
  3. SMC International
Hope this helps, Cheerio!

And why is that? 960 is significantly slower than r9 280x in most things.

Just an option, I would not recommend it to be picked up with a Corsair VS650W PSU for sure.

And the refreshed AMD R9-3** line up is not worth the money you spend for them.

Agree and agree! R9 3xx is overpriced. Might as well buy an R9 290 for under 25k.

Basically in the current high end market, one buys a 970 or buys a 980 Ti. The rest of the stuff in between is not worth the money.

the 960 will run off the vs450 while the 280x will not. if you plan on replacing the psu go with seasonic.
upto 1080p the gtx 960 makes more sense however for anything higher than that the 280x is better. unfortunately it's bad pricing in India often puts it a few k below the gtx 970.
btw, the 'new' r9 380 is the same as the old r9 285 and both are equal to the 960 so go with whichever is cheaper.

If you like destroying your PC, please use the Corsair VS and a graphic card of merit.

OP should swap out his PSU before adding anything.
Local dealer are selling at lower price as compared to online sellers

Will always be the case, since online dealers have to add their own shipping and handling charges. Advantage is EMI payment.

The VS450 is having decent power ratings IMO...

I used to run a gtx660 using vs450... so I guess it would also be able to handle a more power efficient gtx960..
