I'm looking to buy a decent MFD. Shd do Print, scan, copy & fax.

Shd be easy to maintain with low maintenance cost.

I'd like to stay away from ink-jets. A laser printer wud be good i guess.

Actually, getting a cheap inkjet MFD seems like a better option vs getting a costly laser MFD. Maintenance will be a little costly as the cartridges of low cost inkjet MFDs are high.

With laser, initial investment is high, toner cost is high but replacement of toner is much less frequent.

Decent color laser MFDs start from 10K I believe. 5K ones are black and white printer MFDs. Also I believe laser toner particles are hazardous to your health though I'm not certain as to the seriousness of the issue. You might want to look this up also.

What is your budget?
