Monitors Which is best VFM monitor?

Creating a new poll because in the other one option 2 was incorrect, asked mods also to change that, but they didn't.

1. Samsung 226BW 22" with DVI - 12k locally (12k looks very sweet price, Isn't?

2. Dell SP2208WFP 22" with HDMI, Webcam, USB ports (I don't bother about these features) - 16k locally

3. Dell E248WFP 24" with DVI - 19k via KMD (I prefer local buying)

4. Dell E228WFP 22" with DVI - 14k locally

5. Any other one you like? budget 22" 16k max, 24" 19k max

Now which one do you recommend for me?
