Which is better b/w samsung LA32B530 and LG 32LG80FR ?

I want to buy a full HD tv within budget of 35k.
Which is better b/w samsung LA32B530 and LG 32LG80FR ?
lg has better features like usb 2.0 movie playback but has only two hdmi ports
Samsung otherhand has 60000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 3 hdmi ports
Which is better interms of picture quality?
Should i go for extra features that LG has?
any one has any idea whether divx movies played on usb 2.0 on LG are upscaled or not?
If i wait for december or january will prices come down below 30K for FULL HD range in LG or Samsung?
Sony Full HD tv are out of my budget coz they are above 42k
Please help me

Both TVs are good choices.

1. Are you sure you require the additional HDMI now or tomorrow?

2. Does the difference in dynamic contrast ratio specification translate into a difference you can actually see? (Note that DCR is not a very good specification for evaluation)

3. I believe the LG also has better sound. Does that matter to you?

4. Do those features like playing movies from USB really matter? (It may not if you have a HTiB that does the same.)

Nobody but you can answer all those questions but you.

Answer them on paper. Then you'll know which one you ought to buy.

Actually I want to go for better TV between two in terms of Picture quality?
Coz additional features like usb really doesnt matter too much,they can be substituted / added by other means but picture quality.
So please advice which is better option if you has to choose one?
 
It is a tough choice as both are quite good.

The Sammy may win out slightly on just PQ but is hardly a clear winner.

The LG has other features to make it attractive particularly the USB and the sound.

If you are looking at a 30K target, there is already the FHD LG 32LF20FR that fits in. It doesn't have the loaded features of the LG80 but decent PQ for the price.
 
Two or three HDMI ports... how much it matters to you depends on how many hdmi enabled sources you want to connect simultaneously.

DCR is, as stated previously by EMIl, not a good criteria for evaluation.

LG has IPS panel which is a big advantage and much better sound. USB playback in LG is another plus but it will play only Sd content faithfully. Further it won't play x264 encoded content.

You can bargain LG80FR for 34-35k without exchange and without free DVD player.

Frame rate : under 30 frames/sec

Video Codec : MP 43, DIVX_3_11, DIVX_4_12, DIVX_5_0, XVID, MP4S, RMP4, MP4V, _3IVX.
