Monitors Which LCD to buy?

I want to buy a lcd tomorrow. Help me deciding which one will be best.
My budget=11000/-

My requiremnt=Noramal pc user, Ocasional gaming But watching movies (DVD,DVDRip,480p,720p br rip) and connecting tatasky through internal tv tunner card.

My watching distance is 4-6 ft.
My question is dose 1080p full hd screen shows the best and fullfill my requirement? or should i consider lower 1600x1050 or lower resolution screen? Help to decide the best LCD to show the movies with model no and average price in Lamington Road.
 
If strictly under 11K, Go for Samsung 2233SW, AOC F22, BenQ E2200HD, Dell S2209W.
If you can increase your budget, go for 24" - Benq G2411HD, Dell S2409W, Samsung P2350, AOC 2434PW
 
i want a bit clarification on watching movies on the lcd. source will be 480p,780p.So which resolution will be better. full hd or 1600x1050.
