As I see you have listed only 1 AC here, carrier is a decent refrigeration brand, I would like to suggest other brands like Hitachi or llyod or Daikin if you can find them at similar costs too.
Just make sure to look for PCB warranty and other warranties before purchasing. Extended warranty is also good to purchase to secure your electronics.
