For mentioned requirements, only Indian Brand will tick most boxes like Lava Iris 454.

Yes I have selected Iris 458q as this is one of the best I could have found in my budget. Can u suggest me discount coupon or suggest where it is avlb. lowest.

I had selected Lava Iris 458q & had also purchased it from Indiatimes but when it came to me, it was not working. Hence I have asked them to refund the money back.

AS the mobile was defective, I am not confident if this is a better choice, hence please suggest me another mobile of same feature in the same budget.

I would still suggest to go for non-Indian manufacturers. A Samsung Galaxy S Duos is selling for 8K-ish in forum. In 7K all your requirements will not be satisfied with non-Indian brands but they would offer better reliability compared to Indian ones.
