Storage Solutions which to have primary hdd - 500gb green or 160gb blue ???

hey guys i am a bit happy and a bit confused as today i got my wd 160gb blue caviar hdd rma and i have recieved it in afternoon
now here is the point as i did had any hdd i bought an 500gb green caviar which as 32mb cache.

now the wd 160gb blue caviar hdd which i got is of 8mb cache so what should i keep my primary hdd ?????

is it 500gb with 32mb or 160gb with 8mb ?
