I have Sony klv ex300 tv http://www.sony.co.in/product/klv-32ex300/specs somehow i lost my tv mount kit. Now i want to mount my tv to wall but i'm confused which new mount kit to get and i'm not sure if they are compatible with my tv

I see lots of listing for the Tanotis product is it trustworthy brand? If it is what is the best way to get it (ebay,amazon,etc)
The metal mount kits are very expensive, the plastic ones are not that much expensive but i'm not sure if they will able to hold 32" inch 9-10 kg LED tv firmly
One more thing most of mount kits are swivel and fixed category what are there pros & cons
