Monitors Which TV Tuner to buy for LCD Monitor

Hi folks !

I've been using a Samsung 2233sw LCD monitor and thinking of using it for watching TV via Tatasky as well. I understand that I'd require a external TV tuner device for it, so have jotted down some options from ebay. Which in your opinion and why is the best

Also, how the connection would be made. On my monitor there's a VGA port and a DVI port. I'm using VGA currently to connect it with my PC. On the back side of Tatasky STB, following connections are available.

the "OUT" from the tata sky get into the RWY "in" on the TV tuner box and then from the tv tuner box via the VGA port to the VGA port on ur LCD.
