Dude that thread is locked for now so that nor you nor others can post anything over there...

The thread was locked because too many members were pouring their inputs and you (i.e. bssunil) had gotten a bit aggressive. You have anyway proposed to credit the additional amount to be levied from the buyer to his account so that ends there.
