I was about to say this. Such case happens usually on a slow net connection when the script or page loads pretty slowly even though the webpage is shown completely or partially. Just clear off your browser cookies, cache and history which will help load the entire script next time and clear any junk garbage saved cache.

@Ronit .... The question here is not how it happens....the question is why should it happen in first place.
