Forum Feedback Why My threads are deleted?

Hi,

I am here to just to know and draw attention of the mods who are just making bad impact to its forum members.

1stly I must make everyone clear that I am a dealer Over here in Kolkata, and I run Exodus Technologies: Website- The Ultimate PC Shopping HUB (Only in East India till now).

1. Now to the point:
   

Just few days before I was wandering on the local market to find a TVtuner, but suddenly came by my friends shop having HDMI Cables (Harbor & Frieght) & another having OCZ Behemouth Mouses. So I thought my fellow members may need these HDMI Cables-Who really needs (Very few Local people are aware whats HDMI). So I posted a IC on TE that day on Hot Deals & Discussions . Few days after Both the Threads was deleted.

I just thought and talked with my source about the OCZ Behemoth Mouse and just posted an IC.

Simple.. IMO



Was my threads violating any forum rules?

If yes!! I am very sorry clear me my fault and I wont do it again. As this is one of the best forum & I want it to be clean.

If No!

Then why my post got deleted? I must say that I wasn't on intention of getting benefited. Don't cared about that. And wont create an IC anymore.

Note: I asked the section mod Apollyon, He said he didn't deleted, then asked Saiyan.. But No reply.

Just few days back I wanted to be a Registered Dealer in TE to benefit me and fellow members. But I was turn down, well thats not I want to point out (Mind guys)..

However if there is 100 Rules then there are 10000 ways to break it. I could have easily made some IC/ GO's on fake name/id. But I didn't wanted to be cheater in my heart. So.....

seriously..................stupid rules................nythn dat serves the community as a whole should be beyond red tapes.

and about thunder not being granted dealer status here in te..............i got no idea why.................he has been a godsend for us kolkata people.he has been arranging lots of stuff that may be very very difficult to avail in the local market for quite a long time.

We have a clear-cut rule: no ICs by Dealers in the Hot Deals section.

I think its common sense, else we wouldn't have started a separate Dealer's Paradise section.

Next time please wait for a response from the concerned mod, I think waiting for a day is not too much to ask.

and about thunder not being granted dealer status here in te..............i got no idea why.................he has been a godsend for us kolkata people.he has been arranging lots of stuff that may be very very difficult to avail in the local market for quite a long time.

Its nice to see thunder's friends vouch for him. However the onus lies on TE on who to select and who not to.

Well I am not Officially Dealer here in TE neither I was intending to do that as a dealer... I don't stock those imported cables or such..(The mouse thread was just only what I saw there was not even the price clearly mentioned as till now I have no idea of the price only MRP is wat I know)..

I didn't see any common sense not to post some thing I see that can benefit members. (not saying it was a great deal either).

Note:

Jit_devil2 is my customer...not only online pal. I didnot asked/requested him to post any thing thats supports/oppose me this way...

He is free of what to comment in his post.

yes i agree.........but tell me something how does this rule benefit the community at all.........a community thrives on whats its members can put on the table for the benefit of it and devoiding any member of that right sounds plain stupid to me

We do not have the time to individually sift through GOs. So whether you are stocking products or not, is not something for us to determine. We just follow a simple rule to avoid all the hassle.

Both. We have a fixed criteria as well as ask for comments from the entire mod panel.

I posted what I saw like other members...Was there any thing complicated or so?

FYI Check the threads I have started and you should know...you dont even have to search your entire GO/IC database.

Get the point man, there are 50 thousand active members here. maybe 20 mods tops to handle the entire forum and the likes of all the people in them, do you think it is humanly possible to judge each and every person, check his/her credentials and then make a judgement on that?

The point is you and thunder are still new here. I get that you are trying to help, but wait. learn and understand the mentality of people here and adapt to the rules. The mods have a million decisions to make. Complaining about it is not the solution, nor is fighting.

Bring up the topic. Wait for a response. Everyone on here is decent enough to read and do that. You are just undermining yourself by complaining.
