Storage Solutions Will I be able to RMA the WD drive? Sticker partly torn.

i have 1tb wd black hdd which is failed yesterday. it cames with five year warranty and still has approx 3 year warranty. I can rma it but there is one problem. My 5year nephew tear & remove the wd logo from disk. yet i have all the serial & other info.. but without logo can i able to RMA it..

There is no any physical damage... just all the SMART are failed..

Please guide me...
 
Ask them thru mail if they accept drive without logo. I think such drives don't have warranty or are not eligible.
If they don't allow rma of such a drive, take it as an expensive lesson to keep small children away from computers or hdds.
Get a second hand hdd from TE market if you don't have money now.
