it will but not at the highest settings and highest resolutions ... using low-medium settings and a resolution of 1024*768 u can easily play all the games released till date.

Yeah It will run all the games on medium graphics ! But why r u goin for 9800 ? In 7k , I think u can get a 6600gt which is far better then 9800 !

just for the topic ... HL2 ran very very smooth at 1024*768 on my pcx 5300 card.

the game is one gem ... its not at all demanding cosidering the sexy visuals it has.

my 9800 pro ran HL2 at 1024*768 at medium settings without any problems... and now that ill be getting 1 gig of ram, will have to try out FEAR also
