Win 7 - USB 3.0 Drivers Disappear on reboot!

I use an Asus K53S Laptop and face a strange problem on win 7.

Everytime I reboot, I have to reinstall the USB 3.0 drivers, If I plug a mouse, it lights up but doesn't want to work

Its irritating to do this exercise every time I boot up, please help.
