Same here..... but I tried Foobar and the difference in sound quality is amazing to say the least..... and even itunes seems to be better than WMP... But I am still a big fan of WMP.. just need time to get used to others like foobar, itunes, etc...
 
is the sound quality in foobar that good ? ive never used it myself.

will it sound much better with normal mp3's or is it diff in wav formats.

i am using audigy2zs & mx5021.
 
^^ Yes. The sound in foobatr without using plugins was waaay better than winamp+DFX+whatever.....

got it on 31st, one day before its launch :eek:hyeah:

Hate what library?? Foobar?? If so, I agree 10000% with you... it is the worst... Even Winamp has better library options and functionality....

But the sound is markedly different...
 
hi members what r the recommended dsp plugins for foobar just downloaded it and started using it but i found wmp10+dfx better maybe because of dfx

which combi is better wmp10+dfx or winamp5+dfx and has anyone tried the recent jriver media center it used to be good before
 
Me using Quintessential Player!
Light on system resources and minimalistic skins are just what I need to make the desktop clutterfree... :)
Though, I agree, the audio quality isn't that impressive; still quite okay compared to winamp! :)
