OC & Modding Winchester : A Bad Piece?

Dud CPU :p Simple !!! Ask Nikhil. He knows and I know too as I had a bad Winnie too. Nikhil's and mine did only 245*10 @ 1.55v.
 
I am at 2.4ghz
ratio : 5:6
ram : bios = 333, but due to oc is 400
fsb = 240
mutliplier = 10
cpu volts = 1.465
ram volts = 2.6
pci = 33.3mhz
htt = 4x

MAX temps during super pi measured by speedfan were 56C-57C.

I did a super pi 32M test and it was done in 32min 07.
Do I need to do prime now?

Should I set the ratio to 1:1 and get ram to 480? will it increase performance?
 
Yes, probably soon I will be getting the thermal take.

I did reduce the HTT to 3 but it even boots with those fsbs only on very high volts.

What is wrong here?

I did Prime 95 for 15min+, temps were 59C.
No errors.

Super Pi 32M test within 32m 07sec @ 56-57C.

Do I need to check the stability further?

I think you need to read a couple of amd64 oc guides before you do anything with your components.
