Windows Windows 10 time just will not sync - Help!

I have tried registry edits, changing sync server and what not. I have to manually sync the time every time I boot up.
 
Are you using bsnl Internet? Same issue for me. Install the free tool called NetTime and let it run as a service...

No not on BSNL - I use local cable. Will still check your solution, thanks!
 
Seems like there are 2 issues. Sync and remembering the time. Ideally, once it syncs it should set and remember the time. If its not remembering, that seems something else is up. Try re-seating or replacing the CMOS battery as suggested above. Perhaps a case of moisture?
