Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file

This is the error i have been getting whenever i want to open The KM Player.
Now key points to make the problem simple to understand.
I was able to use the same version before with out any problem, the same version is installed on Laptop & works super.
Tried different version of KM but didn't work.
Also did security changes ( yes, i am the admin ) & also tried making securities changes in security box of KM properties, but still receiving same problem.
Un-installed & re-installed KM several times, but its all useless.
A couple of weeks back, the setup itself wouldn't work & it popped with the same error message.
Please, help me!

this happens when installation gets corrupted or you forcibly uninstalled it by deleting the folder.

try to remove all registry settings related to KMplayer. backup your registry first.

don't do this if you don't know what you're doing.
