Windows Explorer Error

Whenever I try to Open any Media file(image or video) by double click or by Using Right Click, I get Windows Explorer Error.

Despite Several Restarts, System Restore, Entire Disk Clean Up, Disk Degragement, Virus/Mal ware Scan, Windows Repair I keep facing same issue

Remove the codecs with a good uninstaller program and Reinstall known codecs package like Windows XP Codec, Vista Codecs, K-lite Codec..

Also Try Draggin the video file to Vlc Player. See what happens...
