Windows XP boot menu problem....

Hi all,
I am having windows xp installed in my system. for some reason i ran the boot cd to install the xp again and in the middle i quit the installation without installing.
But every time when i turn my pc on i shows "Windows XP or Windows Xp setup, choose login"
i need to remove this Windows xp setup....
will simply removing those lines in the boot.ini file will work or do i have to remove the temp file also....if so where is the temp file...
Help heeded....:huh:
 
1st Method (risky): Start > run > Msconfig > highlight the correct one and click on Delete.

2nd Method : Right click on My Computer > properties > Advanced Tab > Startup and recovery (settings) > Click on Edit and check the path and then delete the unecessary one.
