I had installed WindowsBlinds on my PC and things were ok. after that, I formatted my PC as it was bloated with just too many softwares I kept on installing. After re-installing XP, I re-installed WindowsBlinds.
Whenever I apply a theme, everything other than the start bar and title bars get replaced. the start bar and title bars change to the classic windows look but with whatever color the theme goes with.
Similarly, when I change icons using IconPackager, I get a message "Could not replace icons from the theme for classic start menu/bar" when its not classic.
I have set the system for best appearance. themes service is up. current theme chosen is royale. no way it is classic in any sense.
So what could be the problem. I now have uxtheme patched and using royale :no: I have uninstalled and re-installed WB but to no avail. :huh:
