This is definitely a good option but unless the buyer can confirm pins of processor are not bent/damaged before reaching them there is risk.

Integrated graphics processors comes with reduced pcie lanes so not recommended for someone who use use their pc with a graphics card.

Yes it definitely is considering above points & assuming you are using typical low mid range mobo which you should aim to upgrade too in coming bbd/gis sale but if you can wait/afford then better switch the entire system & direct upgrade to AM5 platform with ddr5 in those sale/next year.
