WTB: 845 based mobo & 256 MB RAM (asap)

I want to buy a 845 intel chipset based intel/HIS/ASUS or any other mobo with onboard sound, video, lan, agp 4x or 8x.

Also needed 256 MB or more DDR ram.

Price lets say mobo = 1000 - 1200 and ram 256 = (600). Warranty no criteria.....
 
I have intel 845GVSR, but it does not have an AGP slot... interested?

Also FYI, Mercury 845GVM Mobo with AGP is available in the market (Nehru Place) for Rs.2300 with 2 years warranty.
