WTB: A64/P4-LGA + Mobo only from kolkata

Hi !
I am planning an intermediate upgrade to my old pc.I will be buying a lappy within a year so just need a cheap intermediate solution

Requirements
1.Procy : A64 2800+ (939) or P4 2.8 gig(LGA) or better
2.Mobo : Any good basic mobo having at least 3 pci/Onboard vga/PCIe or AGP 8x slot/Support for DDR 333/400 ram/SATA&IDE ports/LAN/USB 2.0

I want all these from kolkata only as I am keen in paying cash and check the goods before buying.Got some really good offer from pixel/sathyanaidu but seemed expensive as the mobo they were offering was kinda high end and costs a bit higher..I want something cheaper

If anybody have something that will cater my need please pm me with all the details

Remember I want everything in good working condition and I dont want a separate deal for the two.Warranty not mandatory but wil be prefferred.

AM2 : Rs 2400

Asus A8V MX (S939) Rs 2400

ASUS M2N8-VMX (AM2) Rs 2900 (NF6100)

P4 3gig HT : Rs 3250

915GMFR MSI: Rs 2600 (PCIe,3pci,8ch,lan,sata)

So I can easily get myself a new one within 4.5-5 k comfortably.But since I am looking for a temporary solution for using around 1 year or so I wont go for a new one

My budget is around 2.5-3.5k max.Was eying Sathyanaidus A64+A8V combo seriously.He offerred me 3.7k I think.But he has already sold his procy (My bad luck,one of my paycheques got delayed or would hav possibly go for that one)

RAM is not an issue and not needed coz I have excess RAM....both DDR1 nd DDR2.

and quote your price without ram...

MSI K8n Neo3 with 1Pci-EX (x16),1PCI-Ex(x1 i guess) gigabit lan, 4SATA,3 PCI,onboar 6 channel Realtek Audio, etc.. *No onboard video
1 GB DDR 400 MHZ ram
except ram everything under warranty
ram works perfectly too .....no problemo
