WTB: Amd64 3000/3200 CPU (Venice or San Diego) & Motherboard

I'm looking for an used AMD 3000+ or 3200+ (Venice/San Diego core) CPU along with the Motherboard to assemble a rig for my friend. If any of you are planning to upgrade your rig and want to sell the used CPU along with the Motherboard, kindly pm me the details and the expected price.

SanDiego comes in 3700+ and 4000+. 3000/3200 are Venice ONLY. Older versions are Winchesters

The processor if 10 months old and has been used.
The board and graphics card were bought 3 weeks back and are still unused.

^^ No Probs. And the Foxconn NF4 board doesnt have AGP slot. It has a PCI-Express 16x slot instead.
